Commercial Investments Limited (CIL) unlike other residential housing units providers who ask for at least 20% down payment (of the total price of a house) to be enlisted on a housing scheme, only 2% now 8% is required to be part of the CIL scheme. The remainder of the amount is spread over 240 months.
